Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only for the following reasons:

Wrong product delivered

Wrong color delivered

Defective product

Damaged product

Non-Returnable Items: Products on Demand (POD) items, which are custom-made and specially designed for you, are not eligible for returns. Please double-check your size and specifications before placing an order for POD items.

2. Return Process

 

Unboxing Video: To process a return, you must make an unboxing video of the product and submit a return claim within 5 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned products must be in unworn, fresh condition with original packaging and tags. We do not accept damaged or dirty products.

Packaging: Please do not use sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the product.

3. Affiliate Marketing Products

 

Third-Party Returns: For products purchased through affiliate marketing links, the return and refund policies of the respective third-party websites will apply. We are not responsible for any return or refund conditions for these products.

4. Refund Process

 

Refund Timeline: If a return is applicable, the refund will be processed and reflected in your account within 30 days.

Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, we will notify you and no refund will be issued.
